Is Prairie Rewards free?

Yes. Create a Prairie in Bloom account and you're automatically a member.

How do I earn points?

You earn 5 points for every dollar spent, before shipping and taxes. You can also earn points for creating an account, your birthday, following us on Instagram and Facebook, and referring friends.

When can I use my points?

Points from orders show as pending for 15 days, then become available to use.

How do I redeem points?

Sign in, then tap the rewards button in the bottom corner of any page and choose Ways to redeem. Pick how many points to use (500 to 2,000 points, or $5 to $20 off per order) and you'll get a discount code. Copy that code and paste it into the discount code box at checkout.

How do tiers work?

Your tier is based on your total spending with us. Reach $500 to move up to Bloom and $1,000 to reach Major Bloom. Each tier earns more points per dollar and unlocks a lower free-shipping minimum.

How does free shipping work for my tier?

Bloom members get free shipping to the continental US on orders over $125, and Major Bloom members get free shipping on orders over $55. It applies automatically at checkout when you're signed in. Mini Bloom orders use our standard shipping rates.

Do my points expire?

Points expire if your account has no activity for 12 months. Any purchase or points activity keeps them active, and we'll email you a reminder before they expire.

What happens to my points if an order is canceled?

All sales are final, but if an order is canceled or refunded, any points earned on it are removed. If you used points on a canceled order, contact us and we'll restore them to your account.
